Hi there! I'm a 17 year old junior in hs and I've never dated or even had a thing with a boy. Ive also never been to a party. I feel like I'm really miss out and I'm going to regret not doing anything in hs and then once I go off to college I'll be a crazy girl trying to catch up on everything I missed out on. Any advice? idk for me personally, I didn’t have my first kiss until I was 17 and I would have waited longer if I hadn’t met the right guy! wait for someone you feel comfortable with and it will be sooo much better than trying to “catch up”. as for parties, I don’t find them very fun, it’s mostly people getting so drunk they don’t remember anything the next day and like?? drinking is so pointless and quite immature imho
parties can be nice if you like dancing or if any good friends will go but mostly they just suck.. there’s so much more fun things to do!! don’t feel like you’re missing out on anything, you’re not. and if you find out that you are into partying, you’ll be able to do it all the time in college so yeah 😁 but pls don’t let anyone pressure you into thinking drinking is cool/necessary/grown up
